A Banana Bread Kind of Day!
Hello Everyone! Today the weather here is wet and quite chilly and I’m craving something baked! So I decided to wip up some of my delicious Banana Nut Bread with Raisins and Walnuts! Even though its very wholesome, I didn’t want to over indulge so I decided to make mini loaves.
Well it sounded like a good idea but I ended up eating two loaves. Thank goodness they were minis! I’ll just call it two slices. (Smiles) They were delicious own thier own but with a smear of Green Fig Jam, I started to hum the words Yum Yum Yum! Banana Bread is definitely one of my faves!
Banana Bread Baking TIP: Freeze a couple of Smashed Bananas in seperate bags so when the urge to bake hits this treat will always be ready to make. Just thaw the frozen bananas to room temperature and mix in your other ingredients, bake then enjoy!
